This is, hands down, the best book I've ever read in my life, and Ashley and Jaquavis aren't even my favorite authors. Usually, I'm very biased when it comes to my faves, but I have to give credit where credit is due with this one. I didn't read the first two books- I rarely ever read series in order- but I was able to know exactly what was going on throughout the whole book. The story is about The Cartel, the biggest drug ring in Miami. It's a family business run by Carter Diamond. He works with his brother Mecca and a good friend of his named Zyir. Mecca, Carter, and Breeze are the last of the Diamond family, and it's up to them to keep The Cartel alive. This book was very visual, and extremely well-written. It flowed well, but made you think a little bit. It also had a couple of those moments that made you close the book for a second to think about what you had just read. Overall, this book gets 5 out of 5 stars, and I'll definitely be reading the rest of the story.
