When I woke up the next morning, both Mekhi and Shuneal were gone. Shuneal had left a note saying that they had gone to the store.

I made sure to stay away from fast food restaurants.I looked in the newspaper and saw a few places that were hiring. I wrote the numbers and addresses down before leaving the house.

The first stop I made was to a clinic looking for a receptionist, then to a Staples to be a clerk, before looking to be a receptionist at a beauty salon.

When I got home Shuneal was reading to Mekhi on the couch, it was so cute to see them together. I know before I wondered about every marrying Shuneal, but I feel like he's a great role model for Mekhi.
