After driving around for almost an hour Anthony found Janique's car parked in a parking lot. He looked inside the car and saw no one in it. He burst the windows out and let the air out of all the tires after all he pretty much paid for the car.

A few moments later, Janique and two dudes cames out of the building her car was parked in front of. He recognized one of the guys as her brother, the other as her cousin.
"Anthony, what did you do to my car?!" she exclaimed.

He ignored her.
"Lionel, stop him!"
Almost as if they'd rehearsed it, Lionel and their cousin Calvin both charged at Anthony. Calvin put him in a headlock and Lionel threw punches at his head and face.

Anthony was getting beat like he's never been before. Janique just sat back and watched it all go down.

A few minutes later, a crowd had surrounded the four of them and there were police car sirens in the distance.

"Put your hands where I can see them!" The police yelled as they pointed guns at Lionel and Calvin. Anthony lay on the ground helpless and embarrased.

Loinel, her brother, was still going off. "Damn Janique I hope you ain't having babygirl around this pussy ass nigga! He ain't no good!" He yelled as the police were cuffing Anthony.

Janique had been so wrapped up in Anthony's drama she forgot about Janiyah. She was still over Janique's neighbors house.

She started to head towards her car, but stopped. "I need a ride," she said.
"We rode here with you, Nique," Lionel replied. "I can give you money for a cab."
"Alright, that'll work."

Anthony had fucked up Janiques whole situation and she was in deep shit. She knew that once Anthony got back on his feet she was going to need to be on the run.

Janique called a cab and conversed with a few police officers before it arrived. She told the driver her address and they proceeded towards her home.

When she got to her building she went straight for her neighbors apartment. Right when she knocked her neighbor opened the door.
"I am so sorry, I lost track of time and I just don't know what happened." I said trying to explain myself. I looked at her couch and Janiyah was crying.
"You know I don't mind watching her but this disappearing has to stop. Your child and I were worried sick about you."
"I'm so sorry forgive me."

Her neighbor, Karen, looked at Janique, decided she was sincere, and ushered her into the house. "Where were you?" she asked.
"I had too handle something."
"It didn't have to do anything with that boy, did it? What's his name? Antoine?"
"Anthony, and no, it had nothing to do with him."

"The other day," Karen began, "I heard someone's fist hit the wall. I'm not saying that it was your boyfriend's fist, but I am saying that two days before that, I heard the sounds of what seemed to be a fight, followed by your voice."
